CEO – Bastien Wallace BA, LLB, M. Phil.

Bastien holds a Masters of Philosophy degree, and her research on ‘Reducing Lifestyle diseases using community-based sport’ underpins our work.  She also holds undergraduate degrees in Arts/Law, coaching qualifications in 6 sports and 3 fitness disciplines, has developed and led 2 apprenticeship programs in the sport and leisure sector, national coach, athlete and sports integrity training.  She has 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in the sport, health and fitness industries.  She was one of the earliest practitioners to develop and lead community sport-based interventions, and has delivered public health improvement at scale through reducing inactivity in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Co Founder Digital – John Guest MEng

John is Vector 5‘s Managing Director and Head of Product Strategy. With over 20 years’ experience working at the intersection of business requirements and technology, including ten years running a digital marketing agency, John is a commercially astute business leader with deep experience leading collaborative, cross-discipline teams. John possesses strong experience in digital product development, having planned and delivered online services for web and mobile applications and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for both B2C and B2B businesses. 

Co- Founder Digital – David Turnbull BA

David is a Founding Partner and Executive Director at Vector 5. An award-winning technologist, David applies 25 years of technology design and delivery experience to his client’s digital needs. He strives to bring technology, data, and user experience together to deliver intelligently designed digital products. Passionate about unravelling complexity, David has accumulated a vast amount of experience delivering large scale projects for clients including Apple, Vodafone, and Canadian Tourism (incl. the Vancouver Olympics).
